Aftercare Nursing Services, Inc. is a New York State licensed home health care company. We provide care for a wide range of personal hygiene and medical needs. Aftercare's nurses are fully licensed by New York state, and our personal care aides must complete an extensive state-approved training program.
Our professionals work with you and your physician to carefully design a plan of care. Payment is made through Medicaid or by private insurance.

Nursing - Adult and Senior Care Our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNS) visit you at home for ongoing medical care needs such as: changing dressings and catheter, IV therapy, and giving medications. Our nurses will also assist you with basic household chores and cleaning. Aftercare nurses also provide care for more advanced needs including physical and mental handicaps, cancer and cystic fibrosis.

Pediatric Nursing Aftercare is one of Western New York's leading providers of pediatric home care. We provide RN, LPN, and personal care to best meet the needs of your child. Our RNs meet with you to discuss your child's care and to allow for your input into nurse selection. In addition to the nursing services listed in the Adult Services Section above, we address personal need such as meals, bathing, dressing and companionship. |
