TBI / NHTD -- HCSS, SC & ILST  Aftercare is seeking caring individuals to function as Home Care Support Staff. You must be a PCA/HHA to qualify. We will provide the needed training, so please apply!

Aftercare is a DOH approved TBI/NHTD waiver provider. We are expanding our provider service and are seeking Service Coordinators and Independent Living Skills Trainers.
